1.先下载反作弊文件，点击下面的“反作弊下载”或者复制下面的网址到网页中下载

2. 下载完成后，解压到桌面或者其他文件夹里，然后打开steam找到生化危机4重制版，右键单击游戏，然后转到“管理”。再单击浏览本地文件，就能准确的找到游戏根目录
3.然后把解压的文件dinput8.dll复制到游戏根目录中
4.复制完成后就可以点击steam上的开始游戏，进到游戏里，再打开NeoCell软件，点击“Cell”即可在游戏内修改
